Royal Worcester Visitor Experience - Guided Tour
An introductory film provides a behind the scenes look at product development, design and manufacture. Using life size displays, knowledgeable tour guides describe and compare techniques of the past and present. You can visit the Company's Senior Hand Painting department * to see artists at work.
*The Hand Painting Department is unavailable at weekends, some Bank Holidays & Factory Holidays (Please not there are stairs to the Hand Painting Department).

Worcester Porcelain Museum (Audio Tour Free with Entry)
An informative and entertaining audio tour featuring Henry Sandon and skilled craftsmen, tells the story of the factory's history, it's talented workforce and everyday life.
Gallery displays from Oriental simplicity to Victorian extravaganza offer a glimpse of times past and show how dramtically design and function changed in the 20th century. |
